The last 12 months has been a period of planning and implementing significant changes to services in Sutton, especially regarding potential changes to NHS services.

In early 2018, we asked residents to complete a short 12 question survey (Take 5) to capture their thoughts on potential changes to health and social care services in Sutton. This report contains the analysed data of these responses.

Healthwatch Sutton, Sutton CVS and Sutton CCG to run health awareness events in April to allow local residents to learn more about the services that are available to support them.
