Five people and groups have been shortlisted for a national award that celebrates local people who, through their dedication, have helped improve health and care for their community.

Healthwatch Sutton, Age UK Sutton, Citizens Advice Sutton, Sutton Carers Centre, Alzheimers Society, Riverside Community Association Ltd and Admiral Nurses (Specialist Dementia Nurses) have launched dementia pop up hub.

The last 12 months has been a period of planning and implementing significant changes to services in Sutton, especially regarding potential changes to NHS services.

In early 2018, we asked residents to complete a short 12 question survey (Take 5) to capture their thoughts on potential changes to health and social care services in Sutton. This report contains the analysed data of these responses.

Healthwatch Sutton, Sutton CVS and Sutton CCG to run health awareness events in April to allow local residents to learn more about the services that are available to support them.
