Healthwatch Sutton ran a stall last Friday at Wallington Community Wellbeing Charity’s Information & Advice Day.

As part of its ‘10 Year Health Plan’, it wants the public, staff and patients to share their views and experiences of the NHS

Nicole King, from the University of Portsmouth and Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust, has looked at clinicians’ and patients’ views of Physician Associates in the UK Emergency Department.

Earlier this year, Healthwatch Sutton carried out a survey of Sutton residents about their recent use of GP services.
Thank you to those who completed the survey, and to the organisations and surgeries which helped share it.
The results showed that Sutton residents tended to have a positive experience of care at their surgery, but there were a variety of challenges around accessing that care.
