Our Key Findings on "What is not going as well" were:
- Being left alone
- Not being listened to
- Not being given enough information to make a choice
- Conflicting advice from midwives and consultants
- Unsympathetic and lacking empathy
- Discussion after labour on how it went
- Aftercare, including care of stitches
- Understanding of tests on baby (including Tongue-tied)
- Not being given information no vaccinations
- Finding support after leaving hospital, including feeding support
