Annual Report 2023-24: The Value of Listening
Our annual report is published as the NHS faces unprecedented challenges. Staff are working incredibly hard, but many Sutton people tell us they find it hard to access GPs and dentists. St Helier Hospital is in serious disrepair. We've taken action to highlight patients' experiences with dentistry, accessibility and the cost of living. And we're working with other SW London organisations to make patient's voices heard.
- In the year 2023-2024, over 1100 people shared their views, ideas and experiences about health and social care with us
- 519 people came to our partners at Together for Sutton for advice about health topics, and for support with making formal complaints to the NHS.
- We published 3 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services.
