Throughout 2013, Healthwatch Sutton members reported that they found accessing their GP increasingly difficult.

Summary

We heard people were concerned about GP opening days/times, out of hours services and the appointment systems. As a result, we conducted a short survey to produce a report detailing the experiences of GP service users in Sutton.
