Have your say about pharmacy services in Sutton
Sutton Council want to hear from people in Sutton about how you use your local pharmacy, what you think of the services they provide, and any more services you would like to access there.
You can let them know what you think by taking part in this online Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) questionnaire.
The questionnaire should take no longer than five to ten minutes to complete and your answers are confidential. Please be honest and tell us what you really think so we can get an accurate idea of what pharmacies in Sutton are already doing well and anything that needs improvement.
The survey is open from Friday 6th May until midnight on Sunday 5th June.
If you, or someone you know, can't complete the survey online, paper copies of the questionnaire are also available. Please email paul.hudson@sutton.gov.uk to have a copy sent to you.
Sutton Borough Council has been delegated responsibility from the Sutton Health and Wellbeing Board to undertake this Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. The Council has engaged Soar Beyond Ltd, a health consultancy, to facilitate the process and provide expertise in undertaking the assessment.
